Triolab Group’s history started in 1986 when Triolab Sweden and Triolab Finland (formerly Pe-Lab Oy) were established. In 1991, Triolab Denmark became part of Triolab Group through a corporate transaction.
The Swedish Bergman & Beving group acquired Triolab’s operations in Sweden, Finland and Denmark in 1998. In 1999, the Norwegian company Bergman Diagnostika AS, owned by Bergman & Bewing group for decades, was integrated in the pan-Nordic Triolab Group.
In 2005, Triolab Group moved to the ownership of Addtech, a technology trading group that spun off from Bergman & Beving. This created the foundation for Addtech’s life science unit and its development.
In 2016, Addtech’s life science unit became a separate company, and it was listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm as AddLife AB.
1st of January 2023 Bergman Diagnostika AS was renamed Triolab AS.
